This is the news, yo.
HEY GUYS, CHECK OUT HARBINGER.
We decided to start fresh with Doctrine. :) But don't worry. Doctrine will still be postable-in for the next month so that you can RP out your characters leaving and such, as well as grab your graphics! Mesquite Hollow is one of the few places that has trees, unlike most of Doctrine District. Mesquite trees are present in miles of this certain area, giving shade to all that come around. This area is well populated with living creations, certainly only for the coolness. In the center of this rare vegetation, there are piles of large boulders. Scattered at random, with a few feet of separation between each of them. The mesquite trees oddly part and surround the cluttered area. The boulders are normally covered with lizards of various sizes basking in the sun. Most are harmless, but I wouldn't mess with them, just to be safe!
Cactus is lush in this area, they are scattered everywhere in random places. There are different reasons though not to get close to these cactus, even if they are sharp! Near the Cactus are small holes surrounding them were burrowing owls live. They are quite protective over there space, and will mostly likely try to chase you away. Normally you will see there heads poking out - yellow eyes glaring at you. There are feathers flying around from when the birds molt. If you are disgusted with birds this is not the place to be.
A small, round pool of water rests in the center of a clearing of mesquites and cacti. The whole area smells strongly of flowers. Recently it was agreed among all wolves in the District to have this spot set aside from any differences they may have; to proclaim a silent truce among all life. Battles or hunting on the land is strictly prohibited. And don't you dare drink from the water! It's said you'll be possessed. The Sacred Pool is believed, by some, to be the portal to and from the afterlife. Small pebbles layer the bottom of the dark blue pool, and more are continuously added as wolves drop them in to get a few words with their loved ones.
