Process

The process will begin with Staff choosing anywhere from 2-5 nominees per month. This is so that we can weed out all repeats of roleplayers, characters or threads winning, and to ensure that there is a fair chance for everyone/thing to get considered. After the Staff chooses nominees whomever/whatever is chosen will be put up on a poll for all of Doctrine to vote on. To keep track of everything that has had a month, there are lists below that you can refer to along with their respected months. One Week after the first of every month (around the 7th) one poll will be put up for a single week for Doctrine to vote on. The next week another poll will be put up for a week and following this the last Of The Month poll will be put up for a single week. In short, every OTM will get their own week for votes.
