The Pyramid of the Moon is the smaller twin brother of the Pyramid of the Sun. It's position is at the farthest place north on the Avenue of the Dead. This particular spot is the thickest area of trees, shrubs, and various other vegetation. If you do not keep your eyes adverted upwards to meet the top of the Pyramid, then you'll be lost on the path and probably miss the smaller monument by miles.
